Our Process: From Inquiry to Custom Floral Design
1. Establish Your Floral Budget
Before scheduling a consultation, we require a firm floral budget. This allows us to understand your investment expectations and determine how to best approach your floral design.
2. Complete Our Questionnaire
Once you have established your budget, we will send you a questionnaire to complete. This helps us understand your vision, priorities, event details, and the overall look and feel you hope to achieve.
3. Schedule Your Discovery Call
After receiving your completed questionnaire, we will schedule a Zoom or phone call to discuss your answers, clarify expectations, and learn more about what you are looking for.
This initial conversation is an important part of our process. It allows us to connect with you, discuss your priorities, and ensure we have a clear understanding of your vision and budget before moving forward.
4. Custom Design & Estimate
Following our discussion, we will develop a custom floral design and estimate tailored to your event, preferences, and established budget.
This process allows us to provide more accurate pricing based on your specific needs, selected floral elements, and the scope of your designs.
5. TIMELINE FOR FIRST DRAFT ESTIMATE
Allow 2 weeks during the off season months to create and deliver a customized proposal after our consultation discovery call. Please allow 4-6 weeks during peak wedding production season (May-October) for a customized proposal to accommodate our production schedule and workload commitments to our booked clients.
Please note: Consultations are scheduled only after a firm floral budget has been established and our questionnaire has been completed. This ensures that our time together is productive and that your custom estimate is grounded in a clear understanding of your expectations.
FLORAL DESIGN & INVESTMENT
Our pricing provides a starting point for the floral elements of your event. Final estimates reflect the scope of the design, flower varieties, seasonal pricing, seasonal availability, quantities, fullness, installations, and other requirements specific to your celebration.
Your full-service floral proposal brings these elements together with our curated rental collection to create a cohesive design.
THE FINISHING DETAILS OR ADDITIONS
From statement floral installations to the smallest finishing touches, every element contributes to the overall atmosphere of your event.
Additional floral details, including cake flowers, photography flat lays, aisle petals, additional ceremony decor, cocktail hour florals and custom details, reception and rehearsal or welcome party flowers and decor, welcome signs, memorial arrangements, dessert table flowers, ceiling and tent floral or greenery installations: these can all be incorporated and added into your custom design and are priced according to your selections.
Our rental collection offers further opportunities to bring the design together, with each element selected in consideration of the overall aesthetic.
The rental package is part of the overall design and not available ala carte as a stand alone product. These designs are part of the overall styling of the event and table designs to create a cohesive event.
